In 2025, I was honored as the first-ever recipient of the Future Texas Business Legend Scholar of Exceptional Valiance Award, a custom distinction created by the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation, an institution established in 1982 to celebrate the state’s most impactful business leaders.
This award was created specifically to recognize my performance during the Foundation’s 2025 statewide scholarship competition and to honor the unique impact of my entrepreneurial journey, leadership, and vision for community-driven business. Being chosen for a one-of-one award not only placed me among Texas’ most promising business minds it affirmed the power of bold thinking, personal resilience, and building with purpose.

Through this virtual simulation, I completed real world tasks related to entrepreneurship and innovation. This included pitching for funding and building a business website both essential skills in launching and scaling new ventures. The experience helped sharpen my communication, design thinking, and decision making abilities while allowing me to demonstrate initiative in a self paced, professional environment.
